Rebate FAQs
We recommend using the online option for faster submission and processing of your claim. You can submit online using the following link: https://www.goodyearrebates.com/brands. You may also submit via mail-in utilizing the mail-in form.
Your purchase invoice must include the following information:
- Tire Quantity
- Retailer Name and Address
- Purchase Date
- Tire Name
- Purchaser Name and Address
- Your consumer name
- Payment type
Payment information must be on the invoice – for Goodyear Credit card and affiliate credit card bonus programs. First four (4) and last four (4) digits or card type must be visible. Complete payment must be made by eligible credit card for bonus. If you made a partial payment, choose OTHER as payment type.
For Goodyear.com orders, please call 1-800-667-8138 - Mon – Sat from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST and hit option 2 for post-purchase support. One of our specialists will locate your invoice and email it to you.
For in-store transactions, please contact the store that performed the service. You can use our store locator if you’re having trouble finding their phone number.

Prepaid Card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
Virtual Card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted online or for phone/mail orders.
