Hercules Terra Trac AT X-Venture

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is conducting a voluntary recall for Hercules Terra Trac AT X-Venture tires, size LT265/75R16 LRE, manufactured in week 2024 (end of May 2024). If further assistance is required for any reason, including difficulty in obtaining free replacement tires, please contact the Customer Assistance Center, D728 at 200 Innovation Way, Akron, Ohio 44316, or by calling toll free 1-800-592-3267.

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear) is recalling certain Hercules Terra Trac AT X-Venture , size LT265/75R16 LRE tires. The tires contain a tire identification number (TIN) that is missing the 4-digit week and year code mark. As such, these tires fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 574, "Tire Identification & Recordkeeping."

Contact the Hercules tire retailer where you purchased the tires or contact your nearest authorized Hercules retailer. To find the nearest Hercules tire retailer, go to https://www.herculestire.com/where-to-buy and enter your location information in the Where to Buy page. The retailer will inspect the tires and let you know if they fall within the DOT date range described above and therefore qualify for replacement as part of this recall.

Affected tires are those with the following Tire Identification Numbers found on the sidewall of the tires. Only tires with the DOT number below are being recalled.

Note: The subject non-compliant tires were produced with the curing press ID number, Z03L, installed in the TIN in place of the required week and year code, 2024
