Who are some of your competitors?
Our largest competitors are Michelin (based in France) and Bridgestone (Japan). Other smaller competitors are Continental Tire (Germany), Cooper Tire (U.S.), Pirelli (Italy), Yokohama (Japan), Hankook (South Korea), Kumho (South Korea), and Toyo (Japan).

Our fiscal year ends on December 31. The annual report and proxy are typically mailed in March.

Goodyear's dividend was eliminated on February 4, 2003.
